Terms of Service
1. Services
Saify Solutionist provides digital agency services including website design, web application development, mobile app development, branding, and related digital services. All services are governed by individual project agreements signed prior to project commencement.
2. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in each project agreement. Typically, projects require a deposit before work begins, with milestone-based payments throughout. All fees are in USD.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of all custom work product created specifically for their project. Third-party licenses, frameworks, and open-source components remain under their respective licenses.
4. Limitation of Liability
Saify Solutionist's liability is limited to the total fees paid for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Houston, Texas.
